About Skyler:
My name is Skyler Cain. I was born in Kissimmee, Florida and raised in Colorado by a deeply supportive and loving family. I grew up alongside two brothers and with parents who always encouraged my curiosity, imagination, and big dreams. Today, I am a proud aunt to two beautiful children and engaged to an incredibly loving and supportive man.
From an early age, I was introduced to essential oils, herbal remedies, and nutritional supplements alongside conventional Western medicine. This early exposure sparked a lifelong curiosity about how lifestyle, nourishment, and nature influence our health and wellbeing.
I am a firm believer that healthy lifestyle choices can profoundly change health outcomes, and that the earth has long served as the original medicine of our ancestors. I believe in working alongside medical professionals when needed, while also empowering individuals to make daily choices that support balance, resilience, and long-term wellness.
My passion for herbalism is deeply personal. Through plants, nutrition, and mindful lifestyle changes, I have experienced profound shifts in my own mental and physical health. Herbs became a tool for restoring balance during periods of depression, anxiety, immune challenges, and skin concerns, and they guided me toward a deeper understanding of my body and its needs.
Along the way, I taught myself traditional medicine-making skills, including natural skincare, which supported my journey toward healthier skin and hair. These experiences strengthened my belief that knowledge is power, and that when we understand our bodies, we are better equipped to care for them with confidence and intention.
Today, I am passionate about education, empowerment, and advocacy. I strive to help others reconnect with their health, their intuition, and their sense of self-worth. My goal is to support individuals—especially women and young adults—in learning how to care for themselves holistically, rather than simply masking symptoms.
I believe you are capable of becoming the leader your health needs. I am here to guide, educate, and support you as you step into that role.
